Candy Shoppe Designs It's Raining Challenge

Candy Shoppe's challenge this month is It's Raining, It's Pouring and I immediately thought of this cute digi image from Tellen's Place Designs (and which I am a design team member) to use!  This is Sophie with her umbrella--she's cute, isn't she!?!

We all have those days even when the sun is shining bright that it just seems to be pouring--we don't even want to get out of the bed.  If we're lucky those type of days are few and far between.  I used Glossy Accents on the umbrella as well as on the card itself to imitate raindrops.  The PPs used are from Scenic Route and the flower is Prima.  I colored Sophie in with my Koh-I-Noor woodless colour pencils and Prismacolor Premier markers.  This is a great challenge to remind us to count our blessings because we all know that there is someone out there whose situation could possibly be worse than our own.
